Our James Braid designed 18-hole course was founded in 1910 and has both links and parkland holes, with views over the wash to the Norfolk coast, it provides the ideal setting for the perfect round of golf.Â

Our Residential Tuition Packages, available as 1 or 2-day package, provide the ideal opportunity to relax and focus on your golf while enjoying our beautiful coastal hotel. Unwind during your stay in our James’ Restaurant and Braid Bar.

Day One
Day One – (Full 18 Holes with our PGA Professional)

- 15 minute pre-game assessment /introduction with techniques to improve upon.
- 15 minute pre-game warm up to incorporate practice putting green/practice driving net.
- Full 18 holes out on the course with the resident PGA pro including active coaching including techniques, game knowledge and improving game confidence.
- Option to play 9 holes – Lunch – Continue with 9 holes, or full 18 Holes – Lunch – Dinner.
- 15 minute post-game assessment with topics of discussion and improvements for day two.
- 2 Course dinner in Jame’s Restaurant
- Accommodation in our on-site hotel , based upon two people sharing. *Single supplements will apply
- Full English Breakfast the morning after.
Day Two
Day Two – (Choice of Front or Back 9 Holes with our PGA Professional)

- 15 minute feedback session pre-game to discuss day one and areas of improvement.
- 15 minute pre-game warm up to incorporate practice putting green/practice driving net.
- Front 9 holes or Back 9 holes out on the course with our resident PGA pro, with active coaching including technique, game knowledge and improving game confidence. *Guest to specify which holes.
- Option to play 9 holes – Lunch – Continue with 9 holes, or full 18 Holes – Lunch – Dinner.
- 2 Course dinner in Jame’s Restaurant
- Accommodation in our on-site hotel, based upon two people sharing. *Single supplements will apply)
- Full English Breakfast the morning of departure.

Alec Bradley - Director of Golf
Alec Bradley is a seasoned PGA Professional and currently serves as the Director of Golf at North Shore Golf Club and Hotel in Skegness, Lincolnshire. With over 25 years of coaching and teaching experience, Alec is renowned for his ability to simplify complex techniques, making golf more accessible and enjoyable for players of all levels. His coaching philosophy emphasizes achievable goals, high repetition, and fostering new learning patterns to help golfers improve their game.

Alec's passion for golf was nurtured from a young age by his father, Graham Bradley, a respected PGA Professional who dedicated 43 years to Blankney Golf Club. Following in his father's footsteps, Alec began his PGA training at 18 and eventually succeeded Graham as the head professional at Blankney in 2022, continuing the family's legacy at the club.

Throughout his career, Alec has expanded his expertise by working in various golf environments, including a pivotal role as Head Teaching Professional at Birchwood Park Golf Centre in Kent. His diverse experience has honed his skills in coaching, club fitting, and golf retail management.

At North Shore, Alec oversees a comprehensive golf program that includes residential golf schools, junior academies, and specialised coaching sessions tailored to individual needs. His commitment to developing golfers' skills is evident in the bespoke coaching packages he offers, designed to help players achieve their personal golfing goals.
