| DOES THE HOTEL HAVE FREE CAR PARKING FACILITIES? | Yes, the hotel has free car parking for all of our guests and visitors. |
| IS THERE EV CHARGING AT THE HOTEL? | The hotel carpark is equipped with 6 EV car chargers, 2 x 60kWh fast chargers and 4 x 22kWh chargers. |
| WHAT’S THE EARLIEST I CAN CHECK IN? | Standard check-in is from 3PM, but early check-in is available from an additional £10 per hour, specified in advance. |
| IS THERE A LATEST CHECK IN TIME? | No, reception is manned 24/7 for ease of check-in for all our guests. |
| WHAT TIME IS BREAKFAST FROM AND TO? | Breakfast is available 7-9:30AM Monday - Thursday, and 7-10AM Friday - Sunday (+ Bank Holidays) |
| WHAT KIND OF BREAKFAST IS SERVED AT THE HOTEL? | Full English breakfast is available. |
| DOES THE HOTEL HAVE A RESTAURANT? | Yes, the hotel has a restaurant and separately a bar which also provides a food offereing. |
| WHAT TIME DOES YOUR RESTAURANT & BAR OPEN? | Our restaurant is open for evening meals between 5:30PM and 9PM, 7 days a week. Bookings must be made in advance. |
| WHAT IS YOUR POLICY REGARDING CANCELLATIONS? | Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the date of arrival, any cancellations made after this will become chargeable for the first night of the stay. |
| WHAT’S THE LATEST I CAN CHECK OUT? | Standard check out is at 10:30AM, but late check out is available until 12PM for an additional £10 per hour, specified in advance. |
| WHAT IF I AM RETURNING LATE TO THE HOTEL? | Our recpetion is manned 24/7, if the door is locked please contact the reception front desk on 01754 763298 to assist. |
| ARE YOU A DOG-FRIENDLY HOTEL? | No, unfirtunately dogs are not allowed within the hotel but we have outdoor seating available. |
| WHAT IS YOUR SMOKING POLICY? | We have designated smoking areas at the front and rear of the hotel. All bedrooms and public areas are no smoking. |
| WILL I BE CHARGED FOR EXTRA GUESTS OCCUPYING MY ROOM? | Our double rooms are designed to accommodate 2 people, whilst our family rooms are designed for 3 people, The only additional charges would be for breakfast. |
| WHAT DO I DO IF I’M UNHAPPY DURING MY STAY? | Please speak with a member of the team who can provide assistance with any issues during your stay. |
| WHAT FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED FOR CUSTOMERS WITH DISABILITIES? | We have an 'easy access' entrance at the front of the hotel with access to our groundfloor rooms. On this level is a stairlift, disabled toilet and disabled parking facilities. |
| CAN WE JOIN YOUR MAILING LIST? | You can join our mailing list via our website or when using our guest Wi-Fi network when visiting the hotel. |

| DO YOU HAVE A DRESS CODE? | Our restaurant dress code requires a collared shirt and asks that no shorts are to be worn. |
| DO YOU PROVIDE LUGGAGE ROOM FACILITIES? | Luggage can be left behind reception or in our function room (when not in use). |
| WHAT CAN WE DO WHEN WE ARE IN THE AREA? | Just a one mile walk from Skegness, the town boasts an array of shops, cafés and restaurants alongisde a multitude of family friendly activitites. |
| DO YOU HAVE ANY FUNCTION ROOMS? | Our main function room is the St. Andrews room, but we also have two smaller rooms called the Ryder Wing and Lytham Wing which can be used to host smaller events/meetings. |
| WHAT IS THE WEDDING PARTY CAPACITY? | Our St. Andrews function room holds a maximum of 160 guests. |

| DO YOU HAVE BUGGIES AVAILABLE FOR HIRE? | We have 12 Golf Buggies available for hire, call the Pro shop to secure the booking. |
| ARE GOLF LESSONS AVAILABLE FOR NON MEMBERS? | Yes, we offer coaching to both Members and Visitors to North Shore |
| HOW MUCH ARE YOUR GREEN FEES? | Our green fees are currently £46 midweek and £56 weekends. |
| DO YOU HAVE PRACTICE FACILITIES? | Yes, we have a small pitching area and a double bay warm up practice net. |
| WHEN IS THE PRO SHOP OPEN FOR BUSINESS? | The Pro shop is open from 0700-1700 7 days a week and 0730-1600 in the Winter. |
| IS CUSTOM FIT AVAILABLE FOR CLUBS? | Yes, custom fit is available with our Ping custom fit system. |

| DO YOU SELL LADIES CLOTHING? | Yes, we offer ladies clothing from an ordering system via Ping collection |
| DO YOU OFFFER JUNIOR COACHING? | Yes, we run a weekly Junior academy class on Tuesdays 17:00-18:00 |
| DO YOU HAVE COMPETITIONS FOR MEMBERS? | As part of the membership package members competitions are available to join in. |

| DOES THE COURSE PLAY FROM FAIRWAY MATS IN THE WINTER? | Our course is open for play all through the year, with 'Mat's' not required for use. |
