RESERVATIONS

The accommodation and or other facilities and amenities to be provided by the company are those stated on its issued confirmation. The price for services shall be as stated in the confirmation. Priced quoted included Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate, in the event of a change of rate of VAT the price will be altered. The company also reserved the right to add to the price quoted any new or additional tax/levy-imposed and which was not known at the time of confirmation.

Bookings for all services must be confirmed by the client in writing within five days of reservation.

An initial deposit of £500.00 is required to secure a Wedding reservation date plus a further payment of £500.00 six months before the wedding date.

All prices are inclusive of VAT and valid until 28/12/22 if the full deposit has been received before this date (Except wine prices). Final numbers of guests attending the function are required at least seven days beforehand.

PAYMENT

Unless payment terms have previously been established and confirmed by the hotel in writing, payment for outstanding balance of all of the accounts is due 4 weeks before the date of the Wedding.

The company reserves the right to accrue interest daily at the base rate charged by the company’s banker plus 2% on all balances left unpaid after the 14 days.

Regardless of any dispute there may be between the client and the company on one or more items on an account, the undisputed portion of the account must be paid in accordance with the terms set out above. CANCELLATION/NON ARRIVALS

Unfortunately, deposits are non-refundable in any circumstances. Cancellation of a Wedding will result in the charges set out below: -

 6 months prior to the event date - 50% of the total agreed price for the event

8 weeks prior to the event date - 75% of the total agreed price for the event

4 weeks prior to the event date - 100% of the total agreed price for the event

These charges will be made on the estimated numbers given at the time of booking.

GENERAL LIABILITY

The company will take all reasonable steps to fulfil a reservation and provide confirmed services, however it reserves the right to place clients in alternative accommodation or to provide alternative services, if necessary, in another hotel, of at least equivalent standard at no additional cost to the client.

Whilst the company has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that the information contained in its brochure, tariffs, leaflets, and advertisements is accurate. It reserves the right to alter, substitute or withdraw services, facilities, or amenities, without notice if necessary.

Notwithstanding anything contained in these terms and conditions will not be liable for any failure to person its obligations to the client in whole or part as a result of any of the following circumstances.

Strikes or other industrial action(s), natural disasters at or near hotel, civil unrest, dispute or commotion, enforced closure through local or national action, pandemic, Act of God,

Legal action against the company, preventing us supplying the service.

ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing by the company all bookings are accepted by the company subject to these terms and conditions.
